About Douglas

The most important thing as a teacher is to care about your students. This builds respect and trust. I try to inspire students to give their best effort and produce quality work. It’s important to challenge students and get them to believe that anything is possible through hard work. I provide a safe environment where students are comfortable being challenged and participating.

About the lesson

I specialize in teaching math to middle school and high school students. I utilize positive reinforcement and utilize a variety of teaching strategies to meet all students needs. I have the ability to get students to improve their skills and get them to believe in themselves.
