About Aomi
I’m a Year 12 student with a strong interest in math and science, and I have long-term goals to study medicine and surgery. I’ve always enjoyed problem-solving and understanding why things work, especially in math, physics, and chemistry.
I want to teach because I enjoy helping others understand concepts that once felt confusing. As a current high school student, I understand the pressures of assessments and exams, so I aim to explain things in a clear, relatable way. My goal is to help students feel more confident in their abilities and show them that challenging subjects can actually be enjoyable and rewarding.

My tutoring approach is student-focused, supportive, and structured, using clear explanations, real-world examples, and guided practice to build confidence and understanding. My lessons would run for 45 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes - dependant on the student’s preferences - and are tailored to individual goals. I have strong academic experience as a senior high-school student and tutor peers across Year 7–12, helping students improve skills, study habits, and results.
