About Alishba

Hi, I'm Alishba, a Chemistry teacher with five years of classroom experience. I currently teach O and A Level Chemistry (Cambridge) at The Global Institute of Cambridge. I hold a BS in Chemistry and am completing an MPhil in Physical Chemistry at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
I teach because I love the moment a difficult topic finally makes sense to a student. Chemistry can feel confusing at first, but with the right explanation it becomes logical, and even fun. Over the years, I've taught students of all levels, from young learners to A Level candidates, and seen how much confidence grows when they feel supported.
My aim is simple: to make Chemistry clear, build your confidence, and help you achieve the grades you're working towards.

About the lesson

My Chemistry lessons are built around one goal: helping you understand the subject well enough to score your best in exams.
Who I teach: O and A Level Chemistry (Cambridge), FBISE Matric and FSc Chemistry, and Science for middle school students.
How a lesson works: We start by finding what you already know and where you're stuck. I explain each topic step by step with simple examples and diagrams, then we practise with real past-paper questions. I show you how the mark scheme awards marks and how to answer command words like "explain," "suggest" and "deduce," so you stop losing easy marks.
Personalised to you: Every student learns differently. If a topic feels hard, we slow down and build it from the basics. If you're ahead, I give you challenging problems to push for an A*.
A relaxed space: My lessons are friendly and stress-free, so you can ask any question without hesitation.
Lessons are online, and I'm happy to share notes and past-paper practice after each class.
