Currently working in a gym as a Bodybuilding Teacher and himself as a Personal trainer both remotely and in person.

About the lesson

In the beginning, an adaptation routine will be carried out to condition the person's body, and then move on to the real routine according to the objectives. This is as much for those who want to do Calisthenics as Bodybuilding, since you cannot start from 0 to 100, you have to go little by little according to the professional (I) see it.
