About Τina
A Greek by origin and a classicist by training, I have completed doctoral studies in Comparative Literature in Greek - English at UCL. My teaching experience is considerable - over 17 years in all levels of Ancient Greek teaching - in schools and colleges in London.

My teaching method emphasizes on the active role of the student during the learning process. I encourage my students to rid of their fears about 'The Greeks and their Language', by reminding them that Ancient Greek is just another foreign language. Same applies for Modern Greek. On both counts, I avoid tiresome theory of linguistic rules. As long as the students are kept motivated, the rest is doable.
