About Suzy

Six years of experience in boxing, K-1 style kickboxing, Muay Thai and self-defense. Every moment in martial arts is a complete joy that lasts forever in my soul and mind. I will share my experience of using sport to fight, increase self-confidence, happiness, skills, and the efficiency of daily routines. I understand people, their dreams, and their challenges, and how to deal with them. We can communicate in English, Arabic, French, and Spanish.

About the lesson

The goal of the lesson is burning calories, improve fitness and endurance through martial arts discipline, movements and techniques. Fitness exercises are boring. Why not reaching our goals through enjoyable way?! Three hours per week can change your body, mood and life.

Please note that the in-person rate is twice the online rate. Thank you for your understanding.
