About Umberto

I am a highly experienced IT professional with over 15 years in software and technology, but most importantly, I am patient, approachable, and passionate about helping people.

I enjoy helping beginners build confidence with modern technology without stress or technical jargon. Whether you need help for personal use, retirement hobbies, or everyday tasks, I break everything down into simple, easy-to-follow steps.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed for complete beginners and seniors who want to become confident using computers, tablets, or laptops in a relaxed and friendly environment.

We learn at your pace! I can help you master the fundamentals: organising folders, browsing the internet safely, sending emails, using Microsoft Word, downloading files, and managing password security. Each session is practical, clear, step-by-step, and fully tailored to your daily needs.
