About Ekta
I am a PhD in Law with LL.B. and LL.M. qualifications and over 12 years of experience in legal education and teaching. I am passionate about making law understandable, engaging and practically relevant for students. My areas of academic interest include Human Rights Law, Forensic Science and Criminal Justice, Jurisprudence and Legal Research. I believe every student has a different learning style, so I provide patient, structured and personalized guidance according to individual needs and academic goals. My approach combines strong conceptual understanding, case-law analysis, discussion and practical application. I particularly enjoy mentoring students and helping them develop confidence, critical thinking and independent legal reasoning.

My teaching approach is interactive, concept-based and student-centred, combining clear explanations with practical legal examples, case-law analysis, discussions and problem-solving. Each class is structured around the core concept, relevant Indian and international legal provisions, leading judgments, practical applications and time for questions. I offer personalised guidance to LL.B., LL.M., PhD scholars and other learners interested in Human Rights Law, Forensic Science and Criminal Justice, Jurisprudence and legal research. My aim is not merely to help students memorise law, but to develop strong conceptual understanding, analytical ability, research skills and confidence in applying legal principles.
