About Amaury

With ten years of muscle building, and a master degree in Organisms Biology, I have always been interested in the functioning of the human body, the way we burn our calories, functioning of our muscles, nerves etc. which are all the parameters to take into account to achieve its goals. Having no diploma in the subject, it is with my experience of different morphologies, my knowledge of the human body and my positive and proactive energy that I would be able to retain you. The main interest of the absence of a diploma in the subject, and I prefer to be clear about that, is the particularly low price that I post, in particular by deontology.

About the lesson

Too few people know this: the 3 big morphologies! Although this theory has recently evolved, the fact that we tend to be endomorphic or ectomorphic (the third category being mesomorphic) greatly conditions the type of training or food necessary to achieve its goals. On the other hand, a lot of false information circulates, whether from word of mouth or from Instagram coaches for example. I therefore propose a methodology based on honesty (having benefited myself from several effective coaches all these years, one training weightlifters at the international level) and on the facts, scientific ones, which can determine how to manage the weight loss , or the mass gain.
