Hi! I'm Jewell, an experienced English tutor from the USA with over 50 five-star reviews and more than 6000 hours taught, I have accumulated over 10,000 teaching hours throughout my 8 years of professional teaching experience. My journey in education has been deeply fulfilling, allowing me to help students from various backgrounds improve their English skills and achieve their goals. I believe students improve fastest when they actively use English rather than simply studying grammar rules. My lessons combine conversation practice, targeted grammar correction, vocabulary development, pronunciation, and realistic situations related to your goals.
A typical lesson includes a short warm-up, focused instruction on the target skill, guided practice, and realistic speaking activities. I give you immediate, practical feedback and explain not only what is incorrect, but how to express yourself more naturally and accurately.
For IELTS and TOEFL students, lessons are structured around the specific requirements of the exam. We work on strategies, time management, answer structure, vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and the skills needed to achieve your target score.
For Business English students, we focus on real-world communication such as meetings, presentations, negotiations, emails, workplace conversations, and communicating confidently with international colleagues.
For interview preparation, we practice common and challenging interview questions, develop strong answers, improve your vocabulary and delivery, and conduct realistic mock interviews.
