About Thamsanqa
I am Thamsanqa a 20 year old who has struggled a lot with confidence and is passionate about assisting people to become confident. Leading a healthy life where you sleep enough, eat enough and correctly as well as putting some work in trying to exercise really boosts your confidence. We are going to take it one step at a time because good things take time.
