I have a Master’s degree in Research Methods and have taught this subject at undergraduate and postgraduate level, including PhD students and professional researchers. I have worked on academic projects at UK universities and as a policy researcher for local government and the UK Department for Education. I have worked in the NHS and in private mental healthcare, including in clinical and forensic psychology. I have worked closely with people diagnosed with psychosis, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, ASD and learning disabilities. My lessons are interactive and engaging: I don’t rely on reading from slides or scripts and I like to work with students in a collaborative way.
I have experience working with students at different educational levels and with unique educational needs, including people with ASD and ADHD.
