About Cristinafatima

Ever since I started teaching, the first thing I always do was to assess my students. Who amongst them love or hate Math and why. Being careful the way you react too was very important that instead of saying "That's wrong" say " try it again". Show progress and encouraging words.
I start and end on time and have all my materials ready. I am warm but witty so my students would feel relaxed. I give corrections and positive comments. I do seriously check assignments and worksheets. And lastly, I am consistent.

About the lesson

As a tutor, I follow the following methods:

1. Warm ups and drill to recall a lesson
2. Break hard problems to simple steps
3. Give concrete examples
4. Guided practice followed by independent works
5. Observe Patience, building confidence and teach in different ways possible.
