About Anna
I am passionate about teaching as I love sharing my passion for science, maths and languages. I am TEFL trained and have 3 years of experience as a teaching assistant and activity leader at SWEC.
My main hobbies are dog walks, cooking, netball and learning languages.
I studied Maths, Chemistry and Biology at A-Level and will study medicine at university. I am Italian, love to travel and explore different cultures.

I plan my lessons to be as easy going and fun as possible for my students. Usually beginning with a recap of last week's work to refresh and check memory, then continuing by introducing a new area/topic through use of whiteboard and images. I strongly believe that learning through visuals is the most effective way so there is always a big focus on collaborative and interactive activities in my lessons. Depending on the students' own attention span, lessons may vary from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
I have been teaching since 2020 to a range of ages 6-16.
