About Alexandre
I have been in the world of sports all my life, playing many sports, from martial arts to mountain sports, triathlon, cross training ... and professionally since 2016. The main motivation for doing my job is to see how the person progresses to the that I teach. The relationship established between the coach and the trainee, that human contact is also a professional and personal reward.
