About Jhulan
I am a Civil Engineer and MBA graduate by training and a passionate STEM educator with 10+ years of experience teaching Mathematics and Science to students across middle and high school levels. After working in the engineering field, I discovered that my true calling was in education—helping students understand challenging concepts and develop confidence in their abilities. Over the years, I have taught students from diverse academic backgrounds, both in classroom settings and through one-to-one tutoring, guiding them to strengthen their foundations in Math and Science while improving their analytical and problem-solving skills.
Teaching is more than a profession for me—it is something I genuinely enjoy and care deeply about. I find great satisfaction in seeing a student move from confusion to clarity and begin to approach problems with curiosity and confidence. My tutoring style is warm, patient, and highly personalized. I focus on understanding how each student thinks and learns, and I design lessons that encourage critical thinking, logical reasoning, and a deep understanding of concepts rather than memorization. My goal is not only to help students achieve better grades but also to inspire a lasting interest in learning and empower them to become independent, confident thinkers.

I am a passionate STEM educator offering personalized tutoring in Mathematics and Science for students in Grades 3–12. My teaching approach focuses on building strong conceptual foundations while nurturing analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and cognitive skills. I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to suit individual learning styles, helping students gain confidence and truly understand the “why” behind concepts rather than simply memorizing formulas. With a supportive and engaging teaching style, I aim to make complex topics approachable and enjoyable, empowering students to become independent thinkers and successful problem solvers in their academic journey.
