About Jaemin
저는 학부와 대학원에서 수학을 전공했고, 현재는 석사 수료 상태입니다. 세부 전공은 해석학, SPDE입니다. 2020년부터 많은 수의 대학생들을 지도했습니다. UCLA, NYU 등 미국 대학교로 유학을 가 있는 한국인 학생들 및 다양한 한국 내 대학생들을 가르쳤고, 편입이나 임용시험 등을 이유로 수학 수업이 필요하신 분들, 대학원 진학 전에 수학을 공부해야 하시는 분들도 많이 가르쳤습니다.

안녕하세요! 주로 성인을 대상으로 수학을 가르치는 정재민이라고 합니다!! 대학에서 수학을 전공하고, 현재 석사 수료 상태입니다. 세부전공은 해석학, 확률론 쪽이고 통계학이나 금융공학에도 관심이 많습니다. 2020년부터 학점관리, 자기개발, 편입이나 임용시험 등의 시험응시를 목적으로 대학과정 이상의 지식이 필요한 학생들에게 수학을 가르치고 있습니다. 저를 찾는 학생분들은 대부분 한국 대학을 다니시는 분들이나, 영미권 대학을 다니시는 한국인 유학생 분들이셨습니다. 주로 미분적분학, 선형대수학, 수리통계학 등 이공계 학생들이 많이 배우는 과목을 가르쳐 왔고 해석학, 현대대수학 등 수학과 학부 수준의 과목부터 측도론, 확률과정론 등 확률론 분야 심화 과목까지 가르쳐 봤습니다. 가르쳐 온 학생들도 만족스러운 결과를 얻었습니다. 현재 UC Davis에서 수학을 전공하는 학생을 2년째 수업을 돕고 있는데 해석학, 미분방정식, dynamics, 확률과정 등의 수업을 모두 A학점 이상 받았고, 경제학 석사 준비를 하기 위해 평생교육원 수업을 듣는 학생도 우수한 성적으로 코스를 마치고 런던정경대에 입학했습니다.
