About Yasar

Mathematics undergraduate from Queen Mary University of London, achieving a First Class degree. I have always had a deep passion for mathematics — not just as a subject, but as a way of thinking. What excites me most about tutoring is the opportunity to share that enthusiasm and show students the side of maths that most classroom lessons never reach: the elegance, the logic, and the moments where everything clicks into place. I believe anyone can love mathematics with the right guidance, and I am committed to making that happen for every student I work with and ensure they will achieve great success.

About the lesson

-Use materials directly linked to subject specification.
-Provide my own tips from personal experience in the subject that cannot be found elsewhere.
-Engage with the student from the beginning to the end of the lesson.
-Create an open environment for students to ask any questions at all.
-Lessons will start with understanding, then examples, then practice questions and end with exam-style questions.
-Aimed for students aged 11-18
-Lessons can be from 1hr to 2hrs.
-Tutor of over 2 years
-Mathematics at a Russell Group University
