About Tyler

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drew University, where I double majored in International Relations and French and Francophone studies. I was a part of the Phi Beta Kappa, Pi Sigma Alpha, and Pi Delta Phi academic honors societies.

At Drew University, I tutored college students in French and Political Science at the Center for Academic Excellence, and helped students with essays and presentations at the University Writing Center.

I also have experience teaching English as a Second Language, both one-on-one and in classroom settings.

In all, I am committed to helping learners achieve their goals, from succeeding in class to learning a new language for travel.

About the lesson

Learning is all about conversation and development of thinking. We will develop critical thinking about these subjects together to improve your performance in a class, speak more fluently, or simply become more knowledgeable about a subject. We will focus on what YOU find interesting, and target weak spots in knowledge to make you excel in the subject of your choice.

I tutored Political Science and French at the Center for Academic Excellence, and Writing Assistant at the University Writing Center, both at Drew University. I have a Level 1 College Reading and Learning Association tutoring certification.

Excited to work with middle schoolers, high schoolers, college students, and adult learners in any of the subjects I am knowledgeable about.
