About Robert
I've taught AP physics and AP chemistry at the high school level and even introductory chemistry at the introductory college level. I have also undertaken training at the College Board to facilitate understanding of these AP-level courses. I also foster a comprehension of how physics and chemistry function as disciplines to help students get how to better anticipate ways to approach these subjects - for understanding as well as for assessments.

My overall technique is to help develop an intuition and matching skillset to develop a deep understanding of the material for students I'm helping. I say, 'helping' because I genuinely believe anyone can learn anything. As much as possible, I use non-technical words to help develop that intuitive sense. When absolutely necessary, I use visual analogies to further cultivate that sense. Of course, every student is different, so how we go about building that sense will have a unique trajectory for each person.
