Hello, my name is Lauris. I'm a certified English tutor with a passion for tutoring the English language with an experience of over 5 years. Trained and experienced in teaching both adults and children at all levels of English, be it beginners, intermediates, or advanced. I'm delighted to assist you in improving your grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and more. Do you want to speak English like a native speaker or elevate your skills by reducing mistakes and using new vocabulary more fluently? Worry no more—I have a perfect plan to help you improve quickly. In my leisure time, I enjoy reading scientific and Christian books, chatting with friends, listening to music, and singing. I am a good listener, very patient, kind, conscientious, and optimistic. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your English language goals! I am a Certified TESOL/TEFL tutor with over 5 years of experience in online teaching, starting in 2019. With a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and currently working towards a Master’s degree, I offer a strong educational background to support my teaching. I specialize in General English, Conversational English, Business English, and exam preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, and TOEIC. My teaching style is both engaging and effective. I involve students by asking questions related to their interests and quickly correcting any mistakes they make. This approach helps students learn from their errors and stay motivated. My lessons are well-organized and include easy-to-follow rules that keep students interested and excited about learning English. I create a friendly and fun learning environment. My sense of humor and positive attitude help build students' confidence, ease their nervousness, and make learning enjoyable. I believe that making lessons fun is essential for effective learning. When teaching children, I use a playful and patient approach to make learning English an enjoyable experience. I use practical tools and everyday vocabulary to ensure that lessons are interesting and engaging for young learners. Each lesson is customized to fit the student’s level and goals, whether they need formal language skills for job interviews and exams or casual language skills for everyday conversations. I focus on giving students plenty of speaking practice, allowing them to make mistakes and learn from them in a supportive setting. My goal is to help students speak English confidently and naturally, just like native speakers. By offering interactive, personalized lessons in a supportive environment, I aim to make the learning process both effective and enjoyable for every student. There's no better way to learn English than from someone who makes it fun and keeps you eager to learn more. I am a motivator, coach, and encourager, always bringing creativity and energy to our lessons. With me, there’s never a dull moment. Most importantly, I stay focused on your goals and expectations, using all my skills to help you master the English language quickly and effectively. I’m thrilled to meet you and share my many ideas for making English learning enjoyable. My classes will inspire you to connect with more English speakers and showcase your skills. I’m confident you’ll see significant improvement in a short time. Don’t hesitate to book a trial lesson with me. I love meeting new people from different places and look forward to seeing you soon!
