About Rhonda

Hi! I’m a teacher with 30+ years’ experience. These days I like helping Primary/Intermediate and High School students with homework, English, and assignments. I can also advise parents on how to support their child’s learning.

Outside the classroom, I love my grown family, bushwalking, mountain biking, and hanging out with our big friendly dog, Bear. On Friday mornings, I volunteer at our local Mainly Music, sharing fun and learning with little ones. Let’s make learning easier, more confident, and even enjoyable!

About the lesson

Hi there! I’m Rhonda, a Primary/Intermediate and High School teacher with a special focus on special needs and English skills. I can help Primary and Intermediate students with all subjects, and High School students (and above) with English – reading, writing, spelling, and more. I can also help with homework, taking the pressure off parents, and review assignments before they’re handed in. Let’s make learning easier and more confident!

I taught with Rhonda who was a specialist teacher for a child in my class. Rhonda was always warm and caring, and skillfully prepared learning materials that were tailored to the interests of the child. Rhonda is very organised and thorough in her approach.

I have known Rhonda for years and have actually worked with her. I was the teacher aide. We worked very well together and one of the children we were working with at the time learn how to read. Rhonda found amazing resources and the results were very rewarding.
She also taught some of my children. Rhonda is very patient, kind, hard working, loyal, fun and a wonderful teacher. She loves to get results and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend her. It is hard to find someone so dedicated these days.
