About Autumn

I’m Autumn, a passionate educator, innovator, and advocate for the transformative power of education. As a mother and special education teacher, I’ve witnessed firsthand how trauma and mental health challenges can deeply impact one's development. This experience sparked my commitment to creating a supportive and empowering learning environment for all students. I developed Learning in Flow, a program that focuses on building executive functioning and social-emotional skills. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, I designed the program to help students gain stability, confidence, and the tools they need to succeed academically and personally. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with students in mental health facilities, public schools, and various learning environments, helping them discover their strengths and become resilient, self-regulated learners. I’m dedicated to fostering mindfulness in children and adults and ensuring they have the support they need to thrive in all areas of life. My approach, which combines mindfulness, executive functioning, and a growth-centered curriculum, has made Learning in Flow a recognized and impactful program. I’m excited to help you unlock your potential and begin your journey of growth and success.

Through Learning in Flow, learners will:
