About Somansh

I am a dedicated and professional educator with a strong academic and practical background in business and management. I completed my Master’s degree in International Business at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Ireland, and have over five years of professional experience in business development, customer management, and business operations.

My academic background, combined with real-world professional experience, allows me to explain concepts not only from a theoretical perspective but also through practical examples and real-life business situations.

As a teacher, I value professionalism, preparation, and clear communication. I understand that every student has a different learning style and pace, so I adapt my lessons accordingly. My goal is to create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities.

I take my responsibilities seriously and always aim to provide well-structured, engaging, and valuable lessons. Whether you are a school or college student, a university student, or a working professional looking to improve your business knowledge and communication skills, I will do my best to support you in achieving your learning goals.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching is interactive, practical, and tailored to the individual needs of each student. I believe that learning is most effective when complex concepts are explained in a simple and relatable way, rather than through memorization alone.

My teaching style focuses on creating a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions and actively participating in discussions. I use real-world examples, practical scenarios, structured explanations, and regular interaction to ensure that students not only understand a topic but are also able to apply their knowledge.

A typical class usually begins with understanding the student's current level and learning objectives. I then introduce the topic in a clear and structured manner, explain key concepts with relevant examples, and encourage questions and discussion throughout the session. Depending on the student's needs, I can also include practice exercises, case studies, problem-solving activities, and revision of previous topics.

One of my strengths as a teacher is my professional and international background. Having completed my Master's degree at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in Ireland and gained over five years of experience in business development and client management, I can bring practical, real-world insights into my teaching. My goal is to make sessions engaging, easy to understand, and relevant beyond just academic theory.

My classes are particularly suitable for high school and college students, as well as adults and working professionals who want to improve their understanding of business-related subjects, communication, management, international business, sales, customer relationships, and professional skills.

I adapt my teaching style according to each student's goals, pace, and level of understanding, ensuring that every session provides practical value and measurable progress.
