About Timothy

Although I do not have much tutoring experience right now, I can learn along the way when I am teaching students. Remember, I am a student too and have been in the same boat too. I can relate a lot to the students' experience with math and physics. Although I got A's in these classes, I was still struggling to understand the material. However, with enough practice and consistency, I was able to ace almost all my exams throughout my 3 years in Aerospace Engineering. I am confident that I can help students pass their class and exam. I can be available almost every day online depending on if I have classes.

About the lesson

I have a 3.96 GPA as of now. I get all A's in all my college-level math and physics courses. I'm confident that I can teach others what I know and the techniques I use to succeed in class. I do not have much experience in teaching right now, but I am good at helping my friends and classmates with concepts that I know. I would ask others what they are struggling with exactly. I would try to give them a few tips that can be applied to a variety of problems. Explain a few shortcuts and tricks to something like math and physics. How I would help students is as follows. Initially, I would ask others what they are exactly struggling with and what questions they have. If they do, I would try my best to answer their questions right away. If I do not know, I will try using resources. If the problem is too difficult, I will also try my best and use other resources to guide them on how to solve a problem. What sets me apart from other tutors is that I am very skilled at math and physics, and it has stayed consistent that way throughout my college career. I can be friendly with others and know how to help others with what I know at that moment. This lesson is mainly for high school students or college freshmen because my knowledge is still fresh from those years. I am about to become a third year, so this would be a great opportunity for me.
