About Vaishnavi
I’m a Year 2 Mechanical Engineering undergraduate from NUS who enjoys mathematics and loves teaching it. I find great joy in helping students understand concepts, gain confidence, and realize that math doesn’t have to be scary or boring. Lessons are always supportive and encouraging, and I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and trying their best. My hope is that my students not only improve academically, but also start to enjoy doing mathematics as much as I did!

I take a patient and personalised approach to tutoring, adapting my teaching style to each student’s learning pace and needs. Lessons would focus on breaking down complex concepts into clear, step-by-step explanations, and reinforcing learning through practice and exam-focused techniques. I have 2 years of home tutoring experience, mainly with upper primary and secondary school students. Lessons typically last 1–2 hours, and are suitable for students who need extra support, structured revision, or confidence-building in their studies!
