About Raman
I am passionate about Maths and Physics and have excelled in Aerospace Engineering, where a strong understanding of fundamental concepts is essential for solving complex problems. My experience has shown me that learning becomes far more engaging when students understand the reasoning behind each idea, rather than simply memorising formulae. I believe this deeper understanding makes learning more enjoyable and gives students the confidence to tackle unfamiliar questions.
I want to teach because I believe every student can succeed with the right guidance, encouragement and a clear, structured approach. My teaching is goal-focused, with lessons tailored to each student’s needs and aimed at preparing them effectively for exams. By explaining ideas clearly and patiently, practising exam-style questions and developing effective problem-solving strategies, I hope to strengthen students’ understanding, build their confidence and help them achieve their academic goals.

My teaching focuses on understanding the “why” behind Maths and Physics rather than memorising formulae. Each 60-minute lesson combines clear explanations, guided examples, targeted practice and feedback. I adapt lessons to students’ levels and goals, helping them build confidence, develop problem-solving skills and apply knowledge independently.
