I’m Puspa Khakhlary, with a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Food Science and Nutrition from Assam Agricultural University. I’ve always believed that food is more than fuel—it’s science, culture, and health combined. I want to share my knowledge so you can understand what’s on your plate, make smarter choices, and even inspire others.
