About Nicole
With over 18 years of experience in education, I am a dedicated reading teacher committed to fostering a lifelong love of literacy in students. I specialize in developing and implementing evidence-based reading strategies that support diverse learners at all levels. My approach combines structured literacy practices with differentiated instruction to meet each student’s unique needs—whether they are emerging readers, English language learners, or those needing targeted intervention. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with students, families, and fellow educators to create inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments. I am passionate about empowering students not only to read proficiently but to understand, interpret, and connect with what they read—skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
