About Dilem

I am a student and have played competitive basketball for 13 years. I support my community on Instagram online with sports videos. I do sport every day, a lot with my own body weight and terra bands. I will teach you new exercises, give you a training and nutrition plan and MOTIVATE YOU !!! ;)

Ich bin fasziniert, ich kann es immer kaum erwarten nach dem Fitness Training mit Dilem so viel aus meinem Körper rauszuholen. Wow, das ist etwas was im Leben Spaß macht, zu schwitzen und gleichzeitig zu wissen, ich mach was gutes für meinen Körper. Erst durch Dilem weiß ich, dass Ernährung fast wichtiger als der Sport ist - zur zum Empfehlen!!

Wow, ich bin immer wieder überrascht, was ich aus mir rausholen kann. Dilem ist sicherlich einer der wenigen Personen, die einen nicht nur motivieren sondern auch als Mensch gut verstehen. Wir kennen uns durch den Fitness Unterricht, seit 2 Monaten bin ich bei mir: Resultat ist unfassbar. Es macht mir mehr als Spaß, gemeinsam was gutes für meinen Körper zu tun.
