About Boubacar
Share my knowledge of basketball has always been a passion for me. From then I put a step in the field, I always wanted to make it stronger which play so well. And it by any means ... either by accompanying them to the gym or by jogging with them, either working on their technical game. But I always wanted to help them be better (because myself, I was learning from them both). My experience has mostly been with friends and basketball colleagues. The only real experience I have had as a professional coach has been with the team of the Black Panthers in Bourges (a team that had just been created and wanted to level up) ... I was chance to coach the senior team which unfortunately was second off this is just the first team that goes up, the women's team who just managed to maintain minimal and that learning to play basketball. It was a great experience that I really liked and that I will like reiterated with you who read this post haha.

I am a former high-level basketball player who currently plays for recreational concentrate in my studies. I aim to share my knowledge, my experience, my technique and my mind to make people happy in the body, allowing them to play better or simply to learn about basketball but also how is what we play there. With many experiences in the field of basketball, the gym (weightlifting), delivery in fitness and stretching ... I think I can bring to my students all the necessary elements that he or she will need for personal development. My sessions still not begin warming up and some stretching; takes place in the conviviality and respect (some music if possible); then ends with a good session of stretching to avoid muscle soreness the next day and make them more fluid daily gestures.
