Fourth year medical student with an undergraduate degree in biology and genetics

John was my tutor for mainly biology, but I was also taking chemistry at the same time. He was also well informed in that world of science, so he was able to tutor me for both classes when necessary. John makes challenging concepts or problems understandable and approachable. John was easily one of the best tutors I’ve ever had in my 5 years of undergrad. Like the concepts he helped us with, he is also a very approachable teacher. I was never afraid to ask a question or help answer a question. He made everyone feel welcomed to ask anything and everything. John is not only great at teaching, but also a really down-to-earth guy.
