About Samantha
My background lies in physical sciences, specifically chemistry, and my expertise is in the research of new antibiotics that can be used to treat deadly bacterial infections. This is the subject in which I obtained my PhD.
I also have a master's degree in medicinal chemistry, and hold A-Levels in maths and physics.
Throughout my degrees I have gained valuable experience in understanding and explaining complex theories. I am a firm believer that every student has the capabilities to understand, they just need a clear explanation that resonates with them!

I am a PhD-qualified chemist with experience in tutoring and mentoring students to overcome academic hurdles. I offer GCSE and A-level sessions for maths and physics, as well as chemistry, which I can tutor up to university-level. Sessions can range from 1-2 hours, depending on the student's requirements.
I meet students where they are and try to find relatable analogies to make tricky topics click. Sessions can cover GCSE and A-Level syllabuses as well as past paper questions.
