Hi, I’m Jules Day, but most students know me as Mr. Day! I’m an experienced AP Precalculus teacher and math tutor with six years of tutoring experience. Math can be challenging, but I believe that with the right support, any student can succeed—and that’s exactly what I’m here to provide. As a dedicated educator, I specialize in breaking down complex concepts and tailoring my explanations to fit each student’s unique learning style. Whether a student needs help building foundational skills, preparing for an exam, or pushing themselves to the next level, I create a structured yet flexible approach that meets their individual needs. Beyond tutoring, I lead my school’s math department, where I train and mentor other teachers to enhance their instruction. This experience allows me to bring the most effective teaching strategies into my tutoring sessions, ensuring students gain not just the skills to solve problems but also the confidence to tackle any math challenge. With six years of tutoring experience and my current role as an AP Precalculus teacher, I have developed a highly adaptable and student-centered approach to instruction.
