About
I completed my GCSEs last year with 12 grade 9s, which led to me receiving an award from the mayor of Salisbury.
Having sat the exams myself, I can pass on my first-hand knowledge that I worked for years to acquire, including the most up-to-date revision strategies.
I feel that due to my close proximity in age to the students, they can relate to me much more. This creates a much more personal learning environment where I can take suggestions from students to improve my teaching to suit their unique needs. Additionally, it makes them more likely to listen to me when I make my own suggestions.
Over the past year, I have tutored multiple candidates in maths, chemistry, and physics.
All students saw an increase in both their confidence and their grades.
I really enjoy teaching all subjects and seeing students grow as they learn more and improve. Whether it’s more frequent lessons or changing my teaching style, I will do anything to enhance a student’s learning experience and boost their grades.
I am currently studying A-level maths, economics, and German with all predicted at A* at Bishop Wordsworth’s Grammar School in Salisbury.
