About Jess Lyn

Hi, I am Jess Lyn, an undergrad pursuing Geology in Imperial College London. I am passionate about rocks and minerals, and have enjoyed my time in university learning about the Earth in great depth. Hence, I would like to take this opportunity to share my knowledge in Geology to the future generation. My strengths are in Geochemistry and Mathematical Methods, and I am also heavily involved in university as a STEM Mentor for students of year 7 and above.

As a Malaysian Chinese, I can converse fluently in Mandarin, and with a high level proficiency in reading, writing and listening. Back home, I was a part time piano and classical guitar teacher for approximately 2 years and have taught a range of students from 5 y/o up to 15 y/o. I was also the music director of the Malaysian Society Annual Production 2018.
