About Alexander

I am an actuary graduated from UNAM. During my time in college I provided math classes to younger students (analysis, probability, statistics, algebra, etc). Additionally, I worked as an adjunct professor at science faculty in UNAM during 1 year in which I developed series of exercises to practice the topics seen in class and exams for partial evaluations.

About the lesson

To teach first I like to understand what is the current knowledge of the student, review the notes he/she has and talk about what he/she knows. This is useful for building exercises or examples that can use current knowledge to build on top of that, I don't like to simply give the correct answer.
