About Mazher

With 25+ years of teaching in London and Reading (primary, secondary schools and college) I have a wide range of techniques to assist students who could be struggling with their studies or those who are excelling and require additional tasks to provide enrichment.

About the lesson

I have taught in primary and secondary schools, and since 2020 have held the position as a mathematics teacher at a secondary school in Reading. For tutoring, I usually ask what my students are undertaking in school/college and then work from there. The idea is not to complete additional work but rather to ensure they understand what they're currently undertaking and build on their knowledge. Where appropriate, I will revise topics etc. I have a range of resources to ensure that my students understand and can complete their homework/assignments well. Lessons are a minimum of 1 hour and are structured to ensure we summarise the learning that we undertook.
