About Mahavir

I am a passionate mathematics educator with over two and a half decades of experience shaping the academic futures of more than 8,900 students. My career began with rigorous coaching for top-tier competitive exams like the IIT-JEE, which demands the highest level of mathematical rigor and analytical thinking. I later transitioned to specializing deeply in international curricula, giving me a rare, dual perspective on both ultra-competitive test prep and holistic, conceptual international frameworks. I pride myself on staying minutely updated on syllabus changes, grading rubrics, and the evolving educational psychology of today's students.

Teaching Methodology
My teaching methodology is rooted in the belief that speed and accuracy must be built on a foundation of absolute conceptual clarity.

Diagnostic Approach: We begin by identifying your strengths and weaknesses to build a custom learning plan.

Concept Building: We tackle the core theory without overwhelming jargon, breaking down complex AIHL or A-Level topics into digestible, logical steps.

Speed Enhancement: Once the concept is clear, I introduce Vedic math techniques and strategic shortcuts to optimize your calculation speed.

Rigorous Practice: We focus heavily on past papers, time-management strategies, and examiner expectations to ensure you are entirely exam-ready.

Are you looking to master complex mathematical concepts, conquer international board exams, or dramatically speed up your calculation time? With 26 years of dedicated teaching experience and a track record of coaching over 8,900 successful students, I provide highly customized math instruction tailored to your unique learning habits.

Having transitioned from training highly competitive IIT aspirants to specializing in international boards, I possess an intricate understanding of exactly what international curricula demand. I specialize in IBDP (including AIHL), A-Levels, Cambridge, MYP, SAT, AMC, and TMUA.

What you can expect from my classes:

Vedic Math & Shortcuts: I integrate advanced shortcut tricks and Vedic mathematics into my curriculum. This empowers you to solve complex problems in a fraction of the time, which is a critical advantage for time-pressured exams like the SAT and AMC.

Deep Conceptual Clarity: I teach the "why" behind the formulas, ensuring you understand the core mechanics of the subject rather than just memorizing steps.

Adaptive Teaching: I analyze how you learn best and adjust my pace and methodology to match your specific capabilities.

To ensure my teaching style aligns perfectly with your academic goals, I offer a free foundational demo lecture as our first session. We will use this time to assess your current skill level, identify knowledge gaps, and build a strategic roadmap for your success. Let's make math your strongest subject!
